I was invited to
come and speak at the Hampton City Schools November observance of
"Citizen of the Month". It was a great honor for me and a wonderful
opportunity to speak to the "next generation" of leaders. I thought long
and hard, and after asking my wife for her advise, I came up with a
speech. I chose to speak about the "7th Generation Rule" and tried to
apply that to them. I wanted them to realize that they stand a good
chance of being the next great leaders and when they did, they should
keep the 7th generation in mind.
