This POW WOW was
the Spring POW WOW organized by Grandma Star Hill and the Rainbow Tribe.
It also served as a "welcome home POW WOW" for Mich, Jessica, and I. I
can not say enough about how much fun I had. I actually had muscle
cramps in my cheeks (face) from smiling so much. It was good and we
honored our Brother Christian and prayed for his safe return. We had a
chair set up with his shield and breast plate so people could see
something to think about him and to let the world know that a place is
always reserved for him no matter what. All my dances these two days
were for Christian to return safely home. It was great to get into the
circle again after such a long time away. I can't wait for the day that
Christian comes home and we can organize a POW WOW in honor of him.
